The Dream Team project aims to verify opportunities and strategies for licensing agreements on its formats and consultancy services on creative, digital and marketing content sale on Swedish, Brazilian and Chinese markets.
What concerns the methods of carrying out the project, the search for partnerships with entities / institutions in target countries, primarily for the organizing events and training, allows us to strengthen the brand quickly and create an offer of services based on identified market needs.
Furthermore, it allows to have a network of local agents to promote content creation and marketing services for large companies, communication agencies and organizations.
The Dream Team methodology positions Giffoni Innovation Hub on the content agency market with a significant competitive advantage.
The direct involvement of a community of young talents in the solution / product creation phase, with an Open Innovation approach, represents a sure element of interest for potential customers, since the key target users of the companies (young people) are directly called to express, during the design phase, innovative responses in terms of usability and languages, suitable for reaching a young target.
During the Next Generation 2019 review, Brazilian and Swedish partners will participate in a workshop addressed to the Dream Team focused on an in-depth study of the format and the advantages deriving from its export.
